Extracts and active ingredients: 

Sea Collagen – Fish Collagen. Moisturises the skin from the inside, thereby tightens pores and rejuvenates it. Promotes the body’s production of hyaluronic acid.

Raspberry Powder Extract – stimulates the immune system, has a restorative effect. Nourishes and moisturizes the body from the inside, increases the elasticity of all tissues of the body. The combination of collagen and vitamin C improves the absorption of collagen, stimulates enzyme activity and normalizes metabolic processes.

Maple Syrup Powder. Serves as a natural sweetener, but with a lower glycemic index than sugar. It contains many antioxidants in various concentrations and is a source of beneficial minerals and B vitamins.

It is best to take collagen in the morning. For maximum absorption, 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after meals. Add one serving - 6 grams of collagen (one teaspoon) to warm water, compote, warm tea or other drink.

Use at least 50 ml of liquid to prepare the drink. It dissolves better in warm water. Do not add to drinks above 70 degrees Celsius.
