One serving – 6 grams (one teaspoon) contains:

low molecular collagen 5000 mg

vitamin C 100 mg

 

Extracts and active ingredients:

Sea Collagen – Fish Collagen. Moisturises the skin from the inside, thereby tightens pores and rejuvenates it. Promotes the body’s production of hyaluronic acid.

Mango extract – mangifera indica (mango) fruit – stimulates the production of its own collagen, helps the body effectively absorb calcium. Supports intestinal health: a balance of yeast, fungi, bacteria and other beneficial microorganisms. Increases iron stores and improves iron transport in the blood.

Maple Syrup Powder. Serves as a natural sweetener, but with a lower glycemic index than sugar. It contains many antioxidants in various concentrations and is a source of beneficial minerals and B vitamins.

It is best to take collagen in the morning. For maximum absorption, 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after meals. Add one serving - 6 grams of collagen (one teaspoon) to warm water, compote, warm tea or other drink.

Use at least 50 ml of liquid to prepare the drink. It dissolves better in warm water. Do not add to drinks above 70 degrees Celsius.

Купила коллаген для поддержания его уровня в организме. Т.к. я дама 25 с небольшим хвостиком 😀. Начала пить, жду результат. Но уже могу заметить, что кишечник лучше работает и меньше “хрустят” суставы.
