Blackcurrant extract with vitamin C – Ribes Nigrum (Black Currant), Fruit Extract. Improves collagen absorption, stimulates enzyme activity and normalises metabolic processes.
Maple Syrup Powder. Serves as a natural sweetener, but with a lower glycemic index than sugar. It contains many antioxidants in various concentrations and is a source of beneficial minerals and B vitamins.
It is best to take collagen in the morning. For maximum absorption, 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after meals. Add one serving - 6 grams of collagen (one teaspoon) to warm water, compote, warm tea or other drink.
